To provide a decorative fitting with an aesthetic property, and a net that have an aesthetic property, configured in an easily attachable and detachable manner, and have excellent hygiene, crime prevention, and insect control effects.SOLUTION: The present invention is to install a decorative fitting inside an existing outward-opening sash glass fitting and is also to provide a net which can be installed outside an existing sash glass fitting, which has an aesthetic property and a crime prevention measure for safety, which exhibits an insect proof effect, is free from invasion of pests, maintains sanitation, and which can be easily replaced with a new one with an aesthetic property.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
