CEILING SURFACE MATERIAL AND BUILDING CEILING
To provide a ceiling surface material that is lightweight and thin, yet difficult to undulate and has excellent design properties, and a building ceiling formed by the ceiling surface material.SOLUTION: There is provided a ceiling surface material 30 that is attached to a ceiling base 40 to form a building ceiling 60. The ceiling surface material 30 has a surface material center 10 and a surface material peripheral edge 20 of the periphery of the surface material center 10. The surface material center 10 has an anti-undulation portion 11. The surface material peripheral edge 20 is such that the surface material peripheral edges 20 of the separately adjacent ceiling surface material 30 are overlapped and fastened together. The ceiling surface material 30 is a pulp-moulded molding formed of a material including an inorganic material, a resin material and pulp fibers. In the pulp-moulded molding, the inorganic material is in a range of 10 to 50 wt.%, the resin material is in a range of 3 to 50 wt.%, and the pulp fiber is in a range of 20 to 80 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量かつ薄厚でありながら、うねりが生じ難く、意匠性に優れた天井面材と、この天井面材により形成される建物天井を提供すること。【解決手段】天井下地材40に取り付けられて建物天井60を形成する、天井面材30であり、天井面材30は、面材中央10と、面材中央10の周縁の面材周縁20とを有し、面材中央10はうねり防止部11を備え、面材周縁20は、隣接する別途の天井面材30の面材周縁20が重ね合わされて相互に留め付けられるようになっており、天井面材30は、無機材料と樹脂材料とパルプ繊維とを含む材料により形成されたパルプモウルド成形品であり、パルプモウルド成形品において、無機材料が10乃至50重量%の範囲にあり、樹脂材料が3乃至50重量%の範囲にあり、パルプ繊維が20乃至80重量%の範囲にある。【選択図】図1
