To provide a filler capable of densifying a structure and maintaining the structure in a stable state for a long period of time by forming a salt that is sparingly water-soluble upon contact with water.SOLUTION: A filler according to the present invention includes a first resin material containing resin and a compound capable of releasing cations, and a second resin material containing resin and a compound capable of releasing anions. A sparingly water-soluble salt can be formed by a reaction between a cation released by the compound capable of releasing cations and an anion released by the compound capable of releasing anions, and the first resin material and the second resin material are not in contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
