ADDITIVE FOR NONIONIC ASPHALT EMULSION
To provide an additive for a nonionic asphalt emulsion which exhibits good stability after being mixed with a nonionic asphalt emulsion and suppresses separation, while containing a rubber component.SOLUTION: The additive for a nonionic asphalt emulsion contains polymer particles. The polymer particles each include a core layer and a shell layer located outside the core layer. The core layer contains a styrene-butadiene rubber, and the shell layer is formed of a non-crosslinked polymer. The non-crosslinked polymer may contain an aromatic vinyl monomer as a constituent monomer. The proportion of the aromatic vinyl monomer in constituent monomers of the non-crosslinked polymer may be 50-90 wt.%. The non-crosslinked polymer may contain a (poly)alkylene glycol chain.SELECTED DRAWING: None
