To properly manage cleaning of toilet devices.SOLUTION: A management system 10 comprises: a cleaning person terminal 90 that is used by a cleaning person of a toilet device 30; and a management device 50 that manages cleaning of a plurality of toilet devices 30. The management device 50 comprises: a detection information acquisition unit that acquires information acquired by sensors 33 which are installed on the plurality of toilet devices 30 or at installation sites of the toilet devices; a cleaning necessity determination unit that determines, on the basis of the information acquired by the detection information acquisition unit, toilet devices 30 requiring cleaning; a cleaning order determination unit that determines the order of cleaning of the toilet devices 30 which have been determined by the cleaning necessity determination unit to require cleaning; and a notification unit that notifies the cleaning person terminal 90 of the cleaning order determined by the cleaning order determination unit. The cleaning person terminal 90 comprises a presentation unit that presents, to the cleaning person, the order of cleaning of the toilet devices 30 which has been notified from the management device 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
