DOOR POCKET TRAVELING RAIL SET, METHOD FOR INSTALLING DOOR POCKET TRAVELING RAIL SET, AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING DOOR POCKET TRAVELING RAIL
To provide a door pocket traveling rail set, a method for installing the door pocket traveling rail set, and a method for adjusting a door pocket traveling rail which are capable of coping with a failure of a rail member of an inner rail while maintaining a door pocket.SOLUTION: Included are: an inside rail 10 positioned inside a door pocket 7 and causing a sliding door to travel in a length direction DL, an outside rail positioned outside the door pocket 7 and causing the sliding door to travel in the length direction DL after exposing the sliding door, a rail base 30 fixed to a top surface 9 inside the door pocket 7 and holding the inside rail 10 on a door tail side DE, and a guide joint 40 held by the inside rail 10 and positioned from the rail base 30 to the outside rail 20 to be positioned on the outside rail. The rail base 30 is fixed to the top surface 9 by a base fastening member 34 connected to the top surface 9 through a base fastening hole 34h.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】戸袋を維持したままで内側レールが有するレール部材の不具合に対して処置できる戸袋走行レールセット、戸袋走行レールセット設置方法、および戸袋走行レール調整方法を提供する。【解決手段】戸袋７の内側に位置して引戸を長さ方向ＤＬに走行させる内側レール１０と、戸袋７の外側に位置して引戸を露出して長さ方向ＤＬに走行させる外側レールと、戸袋７の内側で天面９に固定して内側レール１０を戸尻側ＤＥで保持するレールベース３０と、内側レール１０に保持され、レールベース３０から外側レール２０まで位置して外側レールに位置決めされるガイドジョイント４０と、を備える。レールベース３０は、ベース締結穴３４ｈを介して天面９に連結されるベース締結部材３４によって天面９に固定される。【選択図】図１
