DOOR POCKET RAIL STRUCTURE
To prevent a rail from falling from an upper frame of a door pocket.SOLUTION: A door pocket rail structure includes an upper frame 13 of a door pocket 3 and a rail 5 mounted to an upper frame 13 of the door pocket 3 to suspend a sliding door 4 for the sliding movement thereof into and out of the door pocket 3. The rail 5 has a rail body section 21, an elongated reinforcing frame section 22 fixed to the upper part of the rail body section 21, a plurality of cover frame sections 23 fixed at intervals in the length direction of the reinforcing frame section 22, and a belt-like section 24 fixed to the upper part of the cover frame section 23. The upper frame 13 of the door pocket 3 has a first protruding plate section 18 and a second protruding plate section 19 which project downward from the lower surface of an upper plate section 16. The belt-like section 24 is supported by a tip section 18a of the first protruding plate section 18 and a tip section 19a of the second protruding plate section 19. Support piece sections 23c are provided at lower ends of a pair of side plate sections 23b of the cover frame section 23, and the lower plate section 21d of the rail body section 21 is supported by the support piece section 23c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】戸袋の上枠からのレールの脱落を防止する。【解決手段】戸袋３の上枠１３と、戸袋３の上枠１３に取り付けられ、戸袋３内に引戸４を出し入れ可能にスライド移動して吊り下げるレール５とを備える。レール５は、レール本体部２１とレール本体部２１の上部に固定される長尺の補強枠部２２と、補強枠部２２の長さ方向に間隔をおいて複数固定されるカバー枠部２３と、カバー枠部２３の上部に固定される帯状部２４とを有する。戸袋３の上枠１３が、その上板部１６の下面から下方に突き出す第一突出板部１８と、第二突出板部１９を有する。第一突出板部１８の先端部１８ａと第二突出板部１９の先端部１９ａとで帯状部２４が支持されている。カバー枠部２３の一対の側板部２３ｂの下端部に支持片部２３ｃが設けられ、支持片部２３ｃでレール本体部２１の下板部２１ｄを支持している。【選択図】図９
