ANCHOR, INSTALLATION TOOL FOR ANCHOR, AND EARTHQUAKE PROOF REINFORCEMENT CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONCRETE SUPPORT COLUMN USING THESE
To provide a construction method allowing an inner diameter of a blockout part (seat digging part) in a concrete structure in which an anchor is installed to be minimized.SOLUTION: An anchor is provided with an anchor body part 30 in a rod shape inserted in an anchor insertion hole 81; a fixing part 40 arranged at a tip side of the anchor body part 30 and fixing the anchor body part 30 in the anchor insertion hole 81 by being pressed on an inner wall surface of the anchor insertion hole 81 through being enlarged in a state it is inserted to a deep part of the anchor insertion hole 81; and a nut 20 having a circular cross section attached on a head part of the anchor body part 30. The anchor body part 30 comprises a male screw part 31 on an outer peripheral surface at its head side as well as a groove part 32 in a radial direction in a tip surface of the head part. The nut 20 is provided with an insertion hole 22 for insertion of the head part of the anchor body part 30 as well as a female screw part 23 in an inner surface of the insertion hole 22 and an engagement part 21 for engaging a fastening tool 50 on its upper surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 アンカーを施工するコンクリート構造物に対する箱抜き(座掘り)の内径を最小限とする。【解決手段】 アンカー挿入孔81内に挿入する棒状のアンカー本体部30と、アンカー本体部30の先端側に設けられ、アンカー挿入孔81の奥部に挿入した状態で拡径させることによりアンカー挿入孔81の内壁面に押し当たって、アンカー本体部30をアンカー挿入孔81に定着させる定着部40と、アンカー本体部30の頭部に取り付ける断面円形状のナット20とを備える。アンカー本体部30は、頭部側の外周面に雄ネジ部31を有するとともに、頭部の先端面に直径方向の溝部32を有する。ナット20は、アンカー本体部30の頭部を挿入するための挿通孔22を備えるとともに、当該挿通孔22の内面に雌ネジ部23を設けてあり、上面に締め込み治具50を係合させる係合部21を有する。【選択図】図1
