To provide a door opening-closing apparatus which can be made compact and can operate stably.SOLUTION: A door opening-closing apparatus 10 performs opening/closing operation of doors of a vehicle. The door opening-closing apparatus 10 includes: a motor 30; a clutch 44 for adjusting input rotation power coaxially; a power adjustment unit 24 including a speed reducer 48; a rotation transmission unit 22 which transmits rotation of the motor 30 to the power adjustment unit 24; a columnar body 60 which is arranged coaxially with the power adjustment unit 24 and rotated by the power adjustment unit 24; an output unit 26 including a lever 62 configured to move integrally with the columnar body 60 to operate the doors 14; a base-end bearing 40 which pivotally supports a portion where the rotation transmission unit 22 and the power adjustment unit 24 are connected to each other; and a tip bearing 64 which pivotally supports a tip in the output unit 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
