The upper end and the lower end of the steel plate 1 are bolted to joint plates 31 protruding from upper and lower beams 3, and the pair of wood plates 2 are joined so as to be pressed against the steel plate 1. Further, a notch 23 is formed on the surface of the wood plate 2 on the steel plate 1 side, and the joint part between the steel plate 1 and the joint plate 31 is accommodated in the notch 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
