METHOD OF UNDERGROUND INSTALLATION OF LARGE PIPES AND BOTTOMED BURIED PIPES
To carry out burial and installation of a buried pipe smoothly and surely with a simple combination of processes, and to surely prevent water leakage, etc., after installation.SOLUTION: A method of underground installation of a large pipe consists of the processes of: press-fitting and excavating a pre-excavation pipe, whose diameter is larger than that of a buried pipe, into the ground prior to burial of the buried pipe so that a pipe wall position includes the buried pipe outer diameter in plan view; removing excavated soil inside the pipe while excavating the pre-excavation pipe; inserting a bottomed buried pipe into a pipe space of the excavation pipe after the pre-excavation pipe has been pressed in to the planned depth, to arrange the pre-excavation pipe and the buried pipe in a double pipe configuration; and extracting the pre-excavation pipe after inserting the buried pipe to a predetermined depth. Interior works and utility according to a purpose of use in the buried pipe can be precisely performed by the ground works, and the work processes can be simplified, work can be shortened, and water sealing performance can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡単な工程の組合せで円滑、確実に埋設管の埋設建込み作業を遂行し、かつ施工後に漏水等を生じることを確実に防止させる。【解決手段】大型管の地中建込み方法は、埋設させる管より径大の先行掘削管であり、埋設管の平面視埋設外径を内包する管壁位置となるように埋設管の埋設に先立って地面に対して該先行掘削管を圧入掘削させる工程と、先行掘削管の掘削と同時に管内の掘削土を排土する工程と、計画深さまで先行掘削管を圧入させた後に掘削管の管内空間に有底埋設管を挿入降下させて先行掘削管と埋設管とで二重管状に配置させる工程と、埋設管を所定深さ位置まで挿入した後に先行掘削管を抜き上げる工程と、を含む。本埋設管内の利用目的に応じた内装、設備を地上作業で正確に行えるうえに、作業工程の簡単化、作業の短縮化、止水性能の向上を図れる。【選択図】図3
