INSTALLATION METHOD OF LARGE BOTTOMED PIPE BODY AND LARGE BOTTOMED PIPE BODY
To provide an installation method of a large bottomed pipe body and the large bottomed pipe body allowing work processes to be simplified through improvement of the pipe body and operation time to be considerably reduced because each work is easily performed and also operation cost to be considerably reduced.SOLUTION: A large bottomed pipe body includes: a pipe main body 1 pressed in the ground while discharging inside soil; after-fitting means 2 attached on an inside of one end of the pipe main body to after-fit concrete materials for a base plate supplied from the other end of the pipe main body in an inner wall of the pipe main body; and the concrete materials subsequently fitted in the inner wall 1K of the pipe main body through the after-fitting means 2 after curing ready mixed concrete injected to a height corresponding to an attachment part of the after-fitting means in the pipe main body after pressing-in the pipe main body 1 to a planed depth. A bottom foundation of the large bottomed pipe body is formed through after-fitting of the concrete materials for the base plate and an inner wall at a lower end of the pipe main body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】管本体の改良により作業工程を簡略化でき、各作業自体が簡単で作業時間を大幅に短縮でき、さらに作業コストを大幅に低減できる大型有底管体の建込み方法及び大型有底管体を提供する。【解決手段】大型有底管体は、内側の土を排出しながら地中に圧入される管本体1と、管本体の一端側内部に取り付けられ管本体の他端側から供給される基盤用コンクリート材を管本体内壁へ後発嵌合させる後発嵌合手段2と、管本体1を計画深さまで圧入後に管本体内の後発嵌合手段取付部分に対応する高さまで投入される生コンクリートが硬化して後発嵌合手段2を介して後発的に管本体内壁1kに嵌合するコンクリート材と、を含む。基板用コンクリート材と管本体下端部内壁とを後発嵌合させて大型有底管体の底部基礎を形成する。【選択図】図3
