To provide a heat insulation panel, and a joint structure of a heat insulation panel.SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel has: a heat insulation body having a first surface, and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a first inorganic incombustible material brought into contact with the first surface of the heat insulation material body; a first metal plate which covers the first inorganic incombustible material, is bent so as to surround a first end face of the first inorganic incombustible material from outside, includes a first side face plate part substantially parallel to the first surface, and has a tip bent so as to form a first bent part substantially parallel to the first end face of the first inorganic incombustible material; a second metal plate which covers the second surface side, is bent so as to surround the first end face of the heat insulation material body from the outside, is formed with a second side face plate part substantially parallel to the second surface, and has a tip bent so as to form a second bent part substantially horizontal to the first end face of the heat insulation material body; and a fixture for fixing the first metal plate and the second metal plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
