FACE MATERIAL MOUNTING STRUCTURE IN FACE MATERIAL BEARING WALL AND FACE MATERIAL BEARING WALL
To sufficiently prevent punching-out in which a face material separates from a pair of pillars and a vertical frame even when an excessive force is repeatedly applied to the face material bearing wall.SOLUTION: There is provided a mounting structure of a face material 6, in which in a framework face material bearing wall 1 formed by attaching the face material 6 to a framework formed by a left column 2, a right column 3, a beam 5, and a base 5, the left and right ends of the face material 6 are temporarily fixed to the columns 2 and 3 with a plurality of nails 11 and 12 penetrating the face material 6, and the left and right ends of the face material 6 are firmly fixed to the columns 2 and 3 with a plurality of wood screws 9 and 10 penetrating the face material 6. When an external force that tries to separate the face material 6 from the columns 2 and 3 acts on the framework face plate bearing wall 1, even though excessive force is repeatedly applied to the wood screws 9 and 10 in each of the columns 2 and 3, belt-shaped plates 7 and 8 are interposed between the heads 9a and 10a of the wood screws 9 and 10 and the face material 6 to prevent the wood screws 9 and 10 from biting into or sinking into the face material 6 and the face material 6 from separating from the column 2 and/or the column 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】面材耐力壁に過大な力が繰り返し作用しても、面材が一対の柱や縦枠から離れるパンチングアウトを十分に防止する。【解決手段】左側の柱2、右側の柱3、梁5及び土台5で形成される骨格に面材6を取り付けて形成される軸組面材耐力壁1において、面材6の左右の端部を、柱2と柱3に、面材6を貫通する複数の釘11、12で仮固定し、かつ、面材6の左右の端部を、柱2と柱3に、面材6を貫通する複数の木ネジ9、10で強固に固定し、面材6を柱2と柱3から引き離そうとする外力が軸組面材耐力壁1に作用した場合、柱2と柱3の各々において、木ネジ9、10に過大な力が繰り返し作用しても、木ネジ9、1が面材6に食い込んだりめり込んだりして、面材6が柱2及び/又は柱3から離れるのを防止する帯状プレート7、8を、木ネジ9、10に頭部9a、10aと面材6の間に介在させた面材6の取付構造。【選択図】図1
