FIRE PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING JOINT
To provide a fire prevention structure for building joints which can be closed and held by easy work of press-fitting and engaging, and which can delay carbonization and combustion by sealing and closing both the joint through-hole and the upper and lower through-slits of a notched part without any gap due to thermal expansion in the case of a fire and without fear of falling off even if a wood member is thin, and which is extremely excellent in workability and fire prevention performance.SOLUTION: A fire-prevention structure of a building joint is constructed such that a joint through-hole 5 of a notch part 4, in which a column 1 and a transverse member 2 are connected and joined by a joint fitting 3, and an upper and a lower through-slits 12 are held in a closed state by press-fitting a joint blockage member 7 made of a thermally expandable refractory material, and both are held in a sealed closed state by thermal expansion in the event of a fire to delay carbonization and combustion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】圧入係合させる容易な作業で閉塞保持できる構造で、火災時には熱膨張により隙間なくまた木材が痩せても脱落のおそれもなく切り欠き部の仕口貫通孔および上下貫通スリットの双方を密封閉塞して炭化・燃焼を遅延させることができ、施工性および防火性能に極めて優れた建築物の仕口防火構造を提供すること。【解決手段】柱1と横架材2とが接合金具3により連結止め接合されている切り欠き部4の仕口貫通孔5と、上下貫通スリット12とを熱膨張性耐火材製の仕口閉塞部材7を圧入係合することでこれを閉塞状態に保持させ、火災時に熱膨張することで双方を密封閉塞保持して炭化・燃焼を遅らせるように構成した建築物の仕口防火構造。【選択図】図4
