To provide a bolt holding device with improved workability.SOLUTION: A bolt holding device includes a first plate member forming a first through hole, a second plate member which is mounted so as to overlap the first plate member and forms a second through hole opposite to the first through hole, and a bolt having a head part, a shaft part and a diameter enlarged part. In the first through hole, a first part having a diameter larger than that of the diameter enlarged part of the bolt, and a second part having a diameter smaller than those of the diameter enlarged part and the head part are continuously formed, the second through hole is opposite to the second part of the first through hole and has a diameter larger than that of the diameter enlarged part, and in the bolt, the shaft part is held in a state of being inserted to the second part of the first through hole and the second through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
