FASTENING/LOOSENING DEVICE FOR RAIL-HOLDING BOLT
To miniaturize a fastening/loosening device for a rail-holding bolt of a track, to facilitate handling and to reduce cost.SOLUTION: A fastening/loosening device of this invention relates to an improvement of the fastening/loosening device for rail holding bolts in which impact wrenches 36 for fastening and loosening operation of rail holding bolts 104 on the left and right sides of a rail 102 is distributed to both right and left sides of the rail 102 and attached so as to be vertically slidable, on a truck frame 6 mounted on a single rail 102 so as to be movable along the track via wheels 7a, 7b. A handle 36b of the impact wrench itself provided with an operation part 42 for performing the operation of starting and stopping the impact wrench 36 is projected to the rear side of a machine body 1 and is constituted so as to be used also as the handle for machine body operation including the moving operation of the machine body 1. A wrench unit 4 is formed by combining the impact wrench 36 and a housing 41 provided with a wrench shaft 38 for fastening and loosening the bolt 104 by connecting the impact wrench 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軌道のレール押えボルトの緊解装置を小型化し、取扱いの容易化及び低コスト化を図る。【解決手段】この発明の緊解装置は、車輪7a,7bを介して一本のレール102に走行移動可能に載置される台車フレーム6上に、上記レール102の左右両側のレール押え用のボルト104をそれぞれ緊解操作するインパクトレンチ36をレール102の左右両側に振分けて昇降スライド可能に取付けたレール押えボルトの緊解装置の改良に係るものである。上記インパクトレンチ36の起動停止の操作を行う操作部42を備えたインパクトレンチ自体のハンドル36bを機体1の後方に突出させ、機体1の移動操作を含む機体操作用のハンドルと兼用すべく構成している。インパクトレンチ36と、インパクトレンチ36を連結してボルト104の緊解を行うレンチ軸38を備えたハウジング41とを組合わせてレンチユニット4を形成した。【選択図】図1
