SLEEPER REPLACEMENT AUXILIARY TOOL
To provide a sleeper replacement auxiliary tool allowing easy raising-up of a new sleeper to a suspended rail bottom face, even when a rail fastening device and a tie-plate are not fixed to a new sleeper, when replacing new and old sleepers.SOLUTION: A sleeper replacement auxiliary tool has a sleeper replacement auxiliary tool body 11 straddlingly covering a rail head part and having a female screw hole at a position above the rail head, and a sleeper bottom face hooking body 13 provided outside the sleeper replacement auxiliary tool body 11 and having a sleeper bottom face hooking part 13b for hooking the sleeper bottom face at a lower end. A male screw part 12a1 screwed to a female screw part 11b11 is provided to the female screw hole 11b11 of the sleeper replacement auxiliary tool body 11, and has a rail raising-up body 12 raising up the sleeper by pressing down the rail head part by rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】新旧マクラギ交換の際に新マクラギにレール締結装置やタイプレート等が固定されていない状態でも、新マクラギを宙に浮いているレール底面まで容易に引き上げることができるマクラギ交換補助具を提供する。【解決手段】レール頭部を跨ぐように被せられ、レール頭部の上方となる位置に雌ネジ孔が設けられたマクラギ交換補助具本体１１と、マクラギ交換補助具本体１１の外側に設けられ、下端部にマクラギ底面を引掛けるマクラギ底面引掛部１３ｂが設けられたマクラギ底面引掛体１３とを備え、マクラギ交換補助具本体１１の雌ネジ孔１１ｂ１１には、外周面に雌ネジ部に１１ｂ１１螺合する雄ネジ部１２ａ１が設けられており、回転することによってレール頭部を押し下げてマクラギを引上げるレール引上げ体１２を有する。【選択図】図３
