SLEEPER REPLACEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper replacement method capable of easily performing a sleeper replacement work in a narrow portion and performing a sleeper replacement work even in an intense heat period.SOLUTION: (a) A sleeper to be replaced is removed; (b) crushed stone is laid on a bottom of a dent of a track bed after removing the sleeper to be replaced and reinforcing bars are constructed on the crushed stone; (c) a plate is mounted on a rail by a rail fastening device; (d) a rail gauge holding material is installed between the plates; (e) the crushed stone is put in the remaining space of the dent, and balance and track of the right and left rails are measured; and (f) a grout material is filled in the space of the crushed stone put in the dent and is cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(g)
【課題】狭隘部におけるまくらぎ交換作業が容易に行え、かつ、酷暑期においてもまくらぎ交換作業が行えるまくらぎ交換方法を提供する。【解決手段】(a)交換対象まくらぎを取り除き、(b)前記交換対象まくらぎを取り除いた後の道床の窪みの底部に砕石を敷き、砕石上に鉄筋を敷設し、(c)レールにプレートをレール締結装置により取り付け、(d)前記プレート間に軌間保持材を設置し、(e)前記窪みの残りの空間に砕石を投入し、左右レールのバランスおよび軌道検測を行い、(f)前記窪みに投入された砕石の隙間にグラウト材を充填し、硬化させる。【選択図】図1(g)
