To easily shape a guide rail 3 for guiding lifting of a shutter curtain 2 for opening and closing an opening E while enhancing strength.SOLUTION: A guide rail 3 comprises: a groove bottom piece 3a configuring a groove depth piece of a guide groove X; and first and second groove lateral pieces 3b, 3c arranged in a longitudinal direction configuring groove lateral pieces in the longitudinal direction of the guide groove X. In the guide rail 3, the groove bottom piece 3a, the first and second groove lateral pieces 3b, 3c and corners 3i, 3j arranged in the longitudinal direction connecting the groove bottom piece 3a and the first and second groove lateral pieces 3b, 3c arranged in the longitudinal direction are formed by an extrusion shaping material integrated by an extrusion shaping of a steel material, and surfaces in the guide groove of the first and second groove lateral pieces 3b, 3c are covered by first and second decorative panels 8, 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】開口部Ｅの開閉をするシャッターカーテン２の昇降案内をするガイドレール３を、強度的に優れたものにしながら、簡単に成形できるようにする。【解決手段】ガイドレール３を、ガイド溝Ｘの溝奥片を構成する溝底片部３ａと、ガイド溝Ｘの前後溝側片を構成する前後の第一、第二溝側片部３ｂ、３ｃと、を備えて構成したものであって、該ガイドレール３は、溝底片部３ａ、前後の第一、第二溝側片部３ｂ、３ｃ、および溝底片部３ａと前後の第一、第二溝側片部３ｂ、３ｃとを連結する前後のコーナー部３ｉ、３ｊが鋼材の押出し成形により一体化された押出し型材で形成するとともに、第一、第二溝側片部３ｂ、３ｃのガイド溝内の面部が第一、第二化粧板８、９によって被覆されたものとなっている。【選択図】図５
