GUIDE RAIL STRUCTURE IN BUILDING SHUTTER DEVICE
To give strength to a guide rail 3 itself for guiding the ascent/descent of a shutter curtain 2 for opening/closing an aperture E and prevent rail-side decorative sheets 8,9 provided on the guide rail 3 to cover the guide rail 3 from being deformed due to the self-weight of the guide rail during transportation and storage.SOLUTION: When a groove bottom piece 3a and first and second groove side pieces 3b,3 from a groove aperture side to the groove bottom piece 3a are provided in a guide rail 3 so that strength is given to the guide rail as an extrusion-molded steel product, support pieces 8c, 9c which are tips of rail-side decorative sheets 7, 8 provided on the guide rail 3 and serve as connectors with body-side decorative sheets 19, 20 are positioned on the lateral side of the groove side pieces 3b, 3c in their inside-outside direction so that the support pieces do not reach the groove bottom piece 3a or protrude outward from the groove bottom piece 3a in the left-right direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】開口部Ｅの開閉をするシャッターカーテン２の昇降案内をするガイドレール３自体を強度があるものにすると共に、該ガイドレール３を覆うためガイドレール３に設けられるレール側化粧板８、９が反掃除屋におき状態のとき、ガイドレールの自重を受けて変形したりしないようにする。【解決手段】ガイドレール３を、溝底片部３ａと、溝開口側部から溝底片部３ａに至るまで第一、第二の溝側片部３ｂ、３とを備えたものとして鋼材の押出成形されたものとして強度を付与されたものにしたときに、該ガイドレール３に設けられるレール側化粧板７、８の先端部である躯体側化粧板１９、２０との連結部となる支持片部８ｃ、９ｃを、溝側片部３ｂ、３ｃの内外方向側方で溝底片部３ａにまでは至らない位置で、溝底片部３ａよりも左右方向外方には突出しない位置に位置するよう設定した。【選択図】図５
