To provide a core material for an earth retaining wall which can be smoothly and accurately erected inside soil cement having a large penetration resistance, an earth retaining wall provided with the core material for the earth retaining wall, and a method for constructing thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a core material 40 for an earth retaining wall, which is applied when constructing a soil cement column series continuous wall 60 that is an earth retaining wall. The core material 10 has a suction tube 30 extending in its longitudinal direction, and when the core material 10 is inserted into soil cement 50, the soil cement 50 ahead in an insertion direction is sucked through the suction tube 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
