To provide an attachment for applying a snow melting agent which can hold the snow melting agent on a road surface for a long time, can improve the efficiency of snow removal work, and is suitable for use in road pavement.SOLUTION: An attachment 10 for applying a snow melting agent includes: a long plate body 11 that is attached to an outer peripheral surface 4c of a rear rolling wheel 4 of a tandem roller 1 in parallel with a direction of a rotation axis 5 of the rear rolling wheel 4; fixing parts 12, 12 provided at both ends 11a, 11a of the plate body 11 and detachably fixed to both side edges 4a, 4a of the rear rolling wheel 4 respectively; and a plurality of convex parts 20 arranged on a front surface 11b of the plate body 11, spaced from each other in the direction of the rotation axis 5 of the rear rolling wheel 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
