SINK MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SINK MEMBER
To provide a sink member capable of easily forming irregularities on the surface, and a manufacturing method of the sink member.SOLUTION: A sink member 1 includes: a sink base member 3; and a decorative film 4 attached to the surface 30 of the sink base member 3. The decorative film 4 includes multiple grain materials 5. The multiple grain materials 5 are dispersed and mixed in the surface layer 41 of the decorative film 4 so that concavities and convexities are formed on the surface of the decorative film 4. The manufacturing method of the sink member 1 includes a pressing step and a close-adhesion step. In the pressing step, the decorative film 4 softened by heating is pressed onto the surface 30 of the sink base member 3. In the close-adhesion step, the decorative film 4 is close-adhered onto the surface 30 of the sink base member 3 employing vacuum pressure forming or vacuum forming. On the surface of the decorative film 4 close-adhered on the surface of the sink base member 3, concavities and convexities are formed by the multiple grain materials 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
