INCLINATION CORRESPONDING HORIZONTAL SLIDING SHUTTER DEVICE
To provide an inclination corresponding horizontal sliding shutter device that can be installed in locations where an inclination state and a horizontal state are continuous, and does not interfere with the operation of the shutter device even in the inclination state.SOLUTION: The horizontal sliding shutter device includes a plurality of slats 10 formed of plate-like metal materials. In the slat, an engagement portion is formed at a first end and an engagement receiving portion mating with the engagement portion is formed at a second end. A core rod is inserted inside the engagement portion in a joint portion formed by combining the engagement portion at the first end and the engagement receiving portion at the second end. An upper end lid body for closing the joint portion is attached to an upper end side of the core rod. A lower end lid body for closing the joint portion is attached to a lower end side of the joint portion. An upper pulley metal fitting 11 for attaching an upper pulley 12 to the slat is attached to an upper end side of the slat. A projection is provided on one lateral side of the upper pulley metal fitting. The projection is connected to the upper end lid body, so that the engagement portion and the engagement receiving portion can slide in a vertical direction in the joint portions formed at both ends of the slat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】傾斜状態と水平状態とが連続した箇所でも設置が可能で、傾斜状態においても、シャッター装置の動作に支障をきたすことがない、傾斜対応横引シャッター装置を提供する。【解決手段】板状の金属材によるスラット１０を複数備え、スラットが、第1の端に係合部が形成されると共に、係合部と組み合う係合受部が第２の端に形成され、第１の端の係合部と第２の端の係合受部との組み合わせによる連接部における係合部の内側に芯棒が挿入されており、芯棒の上端側には、連接部を塞ぐ上端蓋体が取り付けられ、連接部の下端側には、連接部を塞ぐ下端蓋体が取り付けられ、スラットの上端側には、上滑車１２をスラットに取り付けるための上滑車取付金具１１が取り付けられ、上滑車取付金具の片側側部には、突起が設けられ、突起が、上端蓋体に接続されることにより、スラットの両側に形成された連接部において、係合部と係合受部が垂直方向にスライド可能な構造。【選択図】図２
