To install a concrete anchor foundation having less restriction of a shape and a thickness of a pillar and having excellent versatility, easily and with less components.SOLUTION: A base member 100 for a general purpose pillar-compatible concrete anchor foundation comprises: a fixing part having an L-shaped lateral part 10 including a first plate 11 and a second plate 12 and a bottom part 20 extending in a vertical direction with respect to the first plate 11 and the second plate 12 and integrated with the first plate 11 and the second plate 12; a first reinforcement plate 41 connected to an end 111 of the first plate and the bottom part 20 and extending to an end of the bottom part 20; a second reinforcement plate 42 connected to an end 121 of the second plate and the bottom part 20 and extending to the end of the bottom part 20; and a third reinforcement plate 43 connected to a bent part of the L-shaped lateral part 10 and the bottom part 20 and extending to the end of the bottom part 20. The first plate 11 and the second plate 12 comprise at least two penetration holes 13 capable of fixing a pillar 60 with a bolt 14 in a vertical direction with respect to a principle plane of the bottom part 20 respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
