To provide a new structure capable of easily bearing force with a reinforced concrete part of a pillar foundation by adopting a non-embedded pillar foundation structure.SOLUTION: A disclosed pillar foundation structure includes: a foundation of reinforced concrete; and a pillar made of reinforced concrete placed on the foundation. The pillar includes: a steel pillar with studs on an outer perimeter; support members placed on the foundation for supporting the steel pillar; and reinforced concrete covering the steel pillar and the support member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
