OPEN/CLOSE MECHANISM FOR INSPECTION WINDOW AND MOLD FOR TUNNEL LINING
To provide an open/close mechanism for an inspection window and a mold for tunnel lining allowing a shield plate to be smoothly opened/closed through providing an open/close function and an edge cutting function of the shield plate independently as well as allowing quality of lining concrete to be secured.SOLUTION: An open/close mechanism 1 for an inspection window of the present invention is provided with a mold face member 10, a shield member 20, telescopic means 30, and edge cutting means 40, being configured to allow an inner surface of a face member body 11 to be pressed by rotational motion around a fourth shaft part 42 of a pressing rod 41. A mold A for tunnel lining of the present invention is provided with a base table A1 moveable in a tunnel and a mold body A2 having the open/close mechanism 1 for the inspection window.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】遮蔽板の縁切り機能と開閉機能を別個に備えることにより遮蔽板を円滑に開閉できると共に覆工コンクリートの高い品質を確保可能な検査窓の開閉機構及びトンネル覆工用型枠を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の検査窓の開閉機構1は、型枠面材10と、遮蔽材20と、伸縮手段30と、縁切手段40と、を備え、押出杆41の第4軸部42廻りの回動によって、面材本体11の内面を押圧可能に構成したことを特徴とする。本発明のトンネル覆工用型枠Aは、トンネル内を移動可能な基台A1と、検査窓の開閉機構1を有する型枠体A2と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
