MAINTENANCE-FREE LIGHT-WEIGHT PARTITION PANEL UNIT
To provide a maintenance-free light weight partition panel unit assembled in parallel while constantly maintaining a grounding stability even when a floor surface is unstable and allowing a height adjustment and an additional installation of a wall surface panel without disassembling.SOLUTION: A plurality of slit parts having a plurality of magnets are provided at a panel fixing part of a light-weight metal pole member 2 having a plurality of ferromagnetic metal plates. When a panel member 1 attached with an adjuster 80 movable in a height direction is fixed to a lower end, a surface orthogonal to a slit formation surface abuts onto a lateral end of the panel member 1. The slit formation surface is formed so as not to project from a surface of the panel member 1. As the pole member 2, at least a first pole member 30 having the panel fixing parts at both ends, and a second pole member 40 having the panel fixing part at one lateral end and including a plurality of locking claws at a lateral end surface opposite to the panel fixing part are provided. The locking claw of the second pole member 40 is fixably hooked to the slit of the first pole member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床面の不安定な場所においても、常に接地安定性を保ちつつ平行に組み立てられ且つ分解することなく高さ調整並びに壁面パネルを追加設置可能なメンテナンスフリーの軽量間仕切りパネルユニットを提供する。【解決手段】複数個の強磁性体金属板を備えた軽量金属製の柱部材２のパネル固定部に複数個の磁石を備える複数のスリット部を設け、下端部に高さ方向に可動するアジャスター８０を装着したパネル部材１を固定したときにスリット形成面と直交する面がパネル部材１の側端部に当接するとともに、スリット形成面がパネル部材１の表面から突出しないよう形成し、柱部材２として両側端部にパネル固定部を有し第一の柱部材３０と、一方の側端部にパネル固定部を有するとともにパネル固定部と反対側の側端面に複数の係止爪を形成した第二の柱部材４０とを少なくとも設け、第二の柱部材４０の係止爪を第一の柱部材３０のスリットに引っ掛けて固定可能とした。【選択図】図１
