HEAT INSULATING AND SOUND INSULATING STRUCTURE OF ROOF
To prevent deterioration in a heat insulation performance and a sound insulation performance without shifting to a discontinuous state of both performances when the heat insulation performance and a function for suppressing leakage of sound generated indoors to the outside of a building are imparted to a roof.SOLUTION: In a roof including a deck plate 2 laid on a skeleton material 1 configuring a roof frame and a roofing material 3 laid on the outdoor side of the deck plate 2, a flat plate part 21 placed on the skeleton material 1 and an erection part 22 arranged in parallel at an interval in one direction of the flat plate part 21, erected from the flat plate part 21 and having a top part with the same height are formed at the deck plate 2, a sound insulation material layer 5 comprising a material containing a cement-based material is formed directly or indirectly on the flat plate part 21 of the deck plate 2 at the top part of the erection part 22 or to its vicinity, and a porous material 6 is laid and supported on the top part of the erection part 22 and on a top end surface of the sound insulation material layer 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根に断熱性能と共に、屋内で発生する音の建物外への漏れを抑制する機能を持たせる上で、断熱性と遮音性が不連続状態にならず、両性能の低下を生じさせない。【解決手段】屋根架構を構成する骨組材1上に敷設されるデッキプレート2と、デッキプレート2の屋外側に敷設される屋根葺き材3とを備える屋根において、デッキプレート2に骨組材1上に載置される平板部21と、平板部21の一方向に間隔を置いて並列し、平板部21から起立し、頂部の高さが揃えられた起立部22を形成し、デッキプレート2の平板部21上に直接、もしくは間接的にセメント系材料を含む材料からなる遮音材層5を起立部22の頂部、もしくはその付近まで形成し、起立部22の頂部上と遮音材層5の天端面上に多孔質材料6を敷設し、支持させる。【選択図】図1
