CONFIRMATION PLATE FOR FASTENING FLANGE CONNECTION BOLT, AND JOINT METHOD OF UPPER AND LOWER POLE
To make a bolt/nut fastening work efficient simply by placing a confirmation plate 10 on an upper surface of a joint flange 3B positioned at a lower end of an upper pole 1B when two poles 1A and 1B are connected by a joint flange.SOLUTION: A confirmation plate 10 is formed by dividing a plate base 11 made of a doughnut-shaped thin plate into two and connecting them with a joint 21. The confirmation plate 10 is provided with bolt openings 20 corresponding to bolt holes 8 on an upper surface 5B of a joint flange 1B, and "numbers" indicating the bolt tightening order 1 to 12 are displayed near the bolt openings 20 on an upper surface 13. The bolt openings 20 are formed sufficiently large in a plan view compared to a connection structure such as bolts, nuts and washers to be applied, and is formed in a position, a shape and a size so as not to be sandwiched by the connection structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】２つのポール１Ａ、１Ｂを接合フランジで連結する際に、上側のポール１Ｂの下端に位置する接合フランジ３Ｂの上面に確認プレート１０載せるだけで、ボルト、ナットの締め付け作業を効率化できる。【解決手段】確認プレート１０はドーナツ状の薄板からなるプレート基体１１を２分割して結合具２１でつないである。確認プレート１０は、接合フランジ１Ｂの上面５Ｂのボルト孔８に対応したボルト用開口２０を設け、上面１３でボルト用開口２０の近傍にボルトの締め付け順序１～１２を示す「数字」が表示されている。ボルト用開口２０は、適用するボルト、ナットおよび座金などの連結構造体に較べて平面視で十分大きく形成され、かつ連結構造体に挟まれないような位置、形状および大きさで形成されている。【選択図】図２
