The invention discloses a unilateral fastening bolt assembly and a connecting joint thereof in a fabricated building. The unilateral fastening bolt assembly comprises a screw, a nut and a limiting clamping piece arranged on the screw in a sleeving mode. The tail part of the screw rod is triangular; the limiting clamping piece comprises a bottom plate and three limiting clamping blocks on the bottom plate, the bottom plate is triangular, a screw hole is formed in the center of the bottom plate, and the size of the screw hole is the same as that of the triangular tail of the screw. The limiting clamping blocks are triangular prisms and are correspondingly and vertically arranged at the three corners of the top face of the limiting clamping piece bottom plate respectively, and a limiting clamping groove matched with the triangular tail of the screw rod is formed in the inner sides of the three limiting clamping blocks; the screw rod is arranged in the connecting through hole of the component in a penetrating manner, and the connecting through hole is a triangle matched with the tail part of the screw rod; the limiting clamping piece is sleeved outside the screw rod in the connecting through hole of the component, and the outer side surface of the limiting clamping block is clamped in the triangular connecting through hole of the component and is locked by the nut. The high-strength bolt can be installed on one side, two components with plane plates can be connected in a fastened mode, and the connecting performance of a common high-strength bolt is achieved.
