METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SOUND INSULATION FLOOR STRUCTURE FOR DECK OF VESSEL, AND SOUND INSULATION FLOOR STRUCTURE FOR DECK OF VESSEL
To provide a method for constructing a sound insulation floor structure for a deck of a vessel which is excellent in adhesion between a vibration-damping material layer and a leveling material layer for a deck of a vessel, and is excellent in flatness of a finished surface of the leveling material layer for the deck of the vessel.SOLUTION: A method for constructing a sound insulation floor structure for a deck of a vessel includes the steps of bonding a vibration-damping material layer containing a modified asphalt composition onto an upper surface of a deck floor of a vessel, coating a resin mortar containing a cement composition and an emulsion of a synthetic resin onto the upper surface of the vibration-damping material layer, and curing the resin mortar, and forming a first resin mortar cured layer having adhesiveness, pouring and curing a self-leveling mortar containing a self-flowable hydraulic composition and water onto the upper surface of the first resin mortar cured layer, curing the self-leveling mortar, and forming a mortar cured body substrate layer having self-leveling property, wherein the amount of the synthetic resin with respect to 100 pts.mass of the cement composition is 25-100 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
