To provide a vinyl chloride-based plastisol composition capable of forming a resin body (resin layer) having improved tensile elongation and tensile strength and excellent crack resistance without impairing design such as surface smoothness.SOLUTION: A vinyl chloride-based plastisol composition contains a vinyl chloride resin for paste processing, a polyvalent carboxylate-based plasticizer, and a polyester plasticizer, wherein the content of the polyester plasticizer is 8-25 mass% relative to the total amount of the polyvalent carboxylate-based plasticizer and the polyester plasticizer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
