HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL METAL FITTING AND HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE FOR STEEL STRUCTURE BUILDING
To provide a heat insulation material metal fitting capable of efficiently fixing a board-like heat insulation material in a flange surface straight direction of a steel beam, and a heat insulation structure for a steel structure building using the same.SOLUTION: A heat insulation material metal fitting 1 comprises: a clip 10 provided with a pair of holding pieces 11 and 12 capable of elastically holding an edge of a flange 31; and a heat insulation material piercing claw 15 protruding from one holding piece 12 in a direction orthogonal to the holding piece 12. The heat insulation material metal fitting 1 holds the clip 10 in a lower flange 31B of a steel beam 3 from an indoor side, and is attached to the steel beam 3 with the heat insulation material piercing claw 15 downward. The heat insulation material piercing claw 15 pierces an upper end surface of a board-like heat insulation material 4 built below the steel beam 3, and thus the heat insulation material 4 is fixed below the steel beam 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鉄骨梁のフランジの面直方向にボード状の断熱材を効率よく固定することのできる断熱材固定金具と、その断熱材固定金具を用いた鉄骨造建物の断熱構造を提供する。【解決手段】断熱材固定金具1は、フランジ31の縁部を弾性的に挟持し得る一対の挟持片11、12を備えたクリップ部10と、一方の挟持片12から該挟持片12と直交する向きに突出する断熱材穿刺爪15と、を具備する。その断熱材固定金具1が、クリップ部10を鉄骨梁3の下フランジ31Bに屋内側から挟持せしめ、断熱材穿刺爪15を下向きにして鉄骨梁3に取り付けられる。鉄骨梁3の下方に建て込まれるボード状の断熱材4の上端面に断熱材穿刺爪15が穿刺されることにより、断熱材4が鉄骨梁3の下方に固定される。【選択図】図3
