CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR AIRTIGHT HOUSES
To provide a construction method for airtight houses that enables airtight houses composed of heat-insulating panels to be completed efficiently and in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A construction method for airtight houses, by which an airtight structure is constructed efficiently and in a short period of time, is characterized by performing, in an in-house consistent system, the steps of: installing wall structure panels, floor structure panels, and roof structural panels of this building, which include insulation materials in advance in a factory by predetermined design, to a building frame for each position; further attaching ceilings, partitions, doors, and windows, to seal the building airtight; then measuring airtightness before exterior walls and finishing facilities are applied, to measure the airtightness performance.
【課題】 断熱パネルで構成された気密構造の住宅が、効率的かつ短期間で完成される気密構造住宅の建築構法を提供する。【解決手段】 建築物の軸組に、あらかじめ工場内で所定の設計で断熱材を内蔵した、この建物の、壁構造用パネルと、床構造用パネルと、屋根構造用パネルとを、各々の配置に組み付け、さらには天井や間仕切り、戸や窓を取り付けて建物を密閉すると共に、外壁や仕上げ設備が施される前に気密測定をおこない、気密性能を計測することとし、これらの工程を自社一貫体制に成すことを特徴として、効率的かつ短期間で気密構造が構築される気密構造住宅の建築構法とした。
