To provide a latex composition excellent in mixing property with an asphalt emulsion, and a latex-mixed asphalt emulsion excellent in adhesive strength and tire adhesion inhibition.SOLUTION: A latex composition for an asphalt emulsion includes: a copolymer latex including a copolymer containing a constitutional unit derived from one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of a conjugated diene monomer, an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a (meth)acrylic monomer; and further a nonionic emulsifier and an anionic emulsifier, where the total content of constitutional units derived from the nonionic emulsifier, the anionic emulsifier and the unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer is more than 1.0 pts.mass and 10.0 pts.mass or less to 100.0 pts.mass of a total of constitutional units derived from all monomers.SELECTED DRAWING: None
