The foundation base form 20 comprises a form body 21 having a folded structure of sheet material. The form body 21 comprises an upper form part 22 that forms an upper part of the base, a lower form part 23 that forms a lower part of the base and is connected to the upper form part 22 so as to cross it, and a bent part 24 having a bent line 40 and continuously extending from the upper form part 22 to the lower form part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
