To provide a lifting device capable of effectively positioning a post-fitting panel at a temporary opening of an exterior wall panel and a lifting method of the post-fitting panel.SOLUTION: A lifting device 3 comprises a three-dimensional rail part 31, a moving member 32, a drive part 33 and a fitting jig 34. In a lifting method of a post-fitting panel, a post-fitting panel 501 is used as a member to be lifted, the post-fitting panel being post-fitted at a temporary opening formed at a structure 5 from the indoor side of the post-fitting panel when an exterior wall panel mounted to a skeleton of a building is constructed, a lifting device 3 arranged at the indoor side of the building is used, the post-fitting panel 501 is set upside down at a fitting position P1 and the post-fitting panel 501 is set at a normal vertical position by flipping it upside down and lifted to a removal position P3 near the temporary opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】外壁パネルの一時開口に後嵌めパネルを効率的に位置させることができる揚重装置および後嵌めパネルの揚重方法を提供する。【解決手段】揚重装置３は、立体レール部３１と、移動部材３２と、駆動部３３と、装着治具３４と、を備える。後嵌めパネルの揚重方法は、建物の躯体に取り付けられた外壁パネルの施工時構造体５に形成される一時開口に上記建物の屋内側から後嵌めされる後嵌めパネル５０１を揚重の対象部材とし、上記建物の屋内側に配置した揚重装置３を用い、装着位置Ｐ１において上記後嵌めパネル５０１を天地逆にセットし、当該後嵌めパネル５０１を、上記一時開口の近傍となる取外し位置Ｐ３へ、天地反転によって正常な天地姿勢にして揚重する。【選択図】図１０
