RETROFITTING METHOD FOR EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANT SLITS, AND EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANT SLIT STRUCTURE RETROFITTED WITH THIS METHOD
To provide a method for retrofitting earthquake-resistant slits, especially for changing width and depth of the earthquake resistance slits that have already been installed in buildings and structures, and to provide buildings in which earthquake resistant slits have been retrofitted using the method.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for retrofitting an existing earthquake-resistant slit in a wall of a building or structure. The existing earthquake-resistant slit is formed in a form of a groove, and the method for retrofitting the existing earthquake-resistant slit comprises: a filling removal process for removing filling material in the groove; a waterproofing process for applying waterproof in the existing earthquake-resistant slit from which the filling material is removed; and a cutting process for cutting the existing earthquake-resistant slit by expanding its width after the waterproofing process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 建築物や工作物に既に施工されている耐震用スリットに対して、特に幅や深さを変更する為の耐震用スリットの改修工法を提供すると共に、当該工法によって耐震用スリットを改修した建築物を提供する。【解決手段】 建築物または工作物における壁体に設けられた既存の耐震用スリットの改修工法であって、既存の耐震用スリットは溝状に形成されており、当該溝内に充填されている充填物を除去する充填物除去工程と、充填物を除去した既存の耐震用スリット内に防水加工を施す防水工程と、防水工程後において、当該既存の耐震用スリットの幅を拡張させて切削する切削工程とからなる、既存の耐震用スリットの改修工法とする。【選択図】図1
