To obtain a reinforcing bar for an anchor portion and a concrete foundation that can prevent exfoliation of concrete around an anchor portion consisting of an anchor hole or an anchor bolt, and can ensure both strength and durability of the foundation.SOLUTION: An anchor portion reinforcing bar 44 includes an exfoliation prevention bar 50 that is integrally formed by partially welding a pair of reinforcement materials 52. The exfoliation prevention bar 50 has an overlapping portion 58 between the welded reinforcement materials, and a pair of exfoliation prevention portions 54 arranged on both sides of a rising portion 14 in a thickness direction with an anchor hole 42 therebetween. Further, the overlapping portions are arranged on both sides of the rising portion 14 in a foundation longitudinal direction with the anchor hole 42 interposed therebetween, and have a welded portion Y below the pair of exfoliation prevention portions 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】アンカーホールやアンカーボルトからなるアンカー部の周囲におけるコンクリートの剥落を防止すると共に、基礎の強度確保と耐久性の確保とを両立させることができるアンカー部用補強筋及びコンクリート基礎を得る。【解決手段】アンカー部用補強筋44は、二つ一組の鉄筋材52を部分的に溶接することで、一体化して形成された剥落防止筋50を備えている。剥落防止筋50は、溶接される筋材同士の重なり部58と、アンカーホール42を挟んで立ち上がり部14の厚さ方向両側に配置される一対の剥落防止部54とを有している。また、重なり部は、アンカーホール42を挟んで立ち上がり部14の基礎長手方向両側に配置され、一対の剥落防止部54よりも下方側に溶接部Yを有している。【選択図】図5
