FIXING STRUCTURE OF FLOOR MATERIAL, AND FIXING METAL FITTING
To provide a fixing structure of a floor material which can prevent excess fastening of a bolt.SOLUTION: There is provided a fixing structure of a floor material for fixing a floor material 1 to a structural material by a fixing metal fitting 3. The fixing metal fitting 3 includes an upper metal fitting 30, a lower metal fitting 40, and a bolt 50. The bolt 50 is fastened to a screw hole 43a of the lower metal fitting 40 through a bolt installation plate 31 while engaging the engagement part of the upper metal fitting 30 with the floor material 1, which pulls the lower metal fitting 40 up, engages a lower side part 42 with the lower surface side of the structural material, and fixes the floor material 1 to the structural material. A contact engagement piece 6 arranged above the lower side part 42 of the lower metal fitting 40 is provided on the upper metal fitting 30, an inclination suppression piece 38 corresponding to the contact engagement piece 6 is provided on the lower metal fitting 40, and the contact engagement piece 38 is brought into contact with and engaged with the inclination suppression piece 6, which suppresses inclination to the upper metal fitting 30 of the lower metal fitting 40 accompanying excess fastening of the bolt 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ボルトの締結超過を防止できる床材の固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、床材1を構造材に固定金具3によって固定するようにした床材の固定構造を対象とする。固定金具3は、上金具30、下金具40およびボルト50を備える。上金具30の係合部が床材1に係合しつつ、ボルト50がボルト設置板31を通じて下金具40のねじ孔43aに締結されることによって、下金具40が引き上げられて下辺部42が構造材の下面側に係合し、床材1が構造材に固定されるように構成される。上金具30に、下金具40の下辺部42の上方に配置される当接係止片6が設けられるとともに、下金具40に、当接係止片6に対応して傾斜抑制片38が設けられ、当接係止片38が傾斜抑制片6に当接係止することによって、ボルト50の締結超過に伴う下金具40の上金具30に対する傾きが抑制されるように構成されている。【選択図】図5
