To provide a controller for a construction machine capable of stopping an actuator while suppressing generation of shock during neutral operation, and a construction machine equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A controller 100A has an operation lever 41, a boom cylinder 20, a boom control valve 12, a first proportional valve 121 and a second proportional valve 122, and a control part 50. In the boom control valve 12, a meter-in opening for supplying working fluid for the boom cylinder 20 is set to be closed during stop operation earlier than a meter-out opening which receives the working fluid from the boom cylinder 20. The control part 50 inputs a command signal to the proportional valve while causing the command signal with respect to an operation quantity of the stop operation to be delayed when the operation lever 41 receives the stop operation for stopping the boom 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】中立操作時にショックが発生することを抑止しながらアクチュエータを停止させることが可能な建設機械の制御装置およびこれを備えた建設機械を提供する。【解決手段】制御装置１００Ａは、操作レバー４１と、ブームシリンダ２０と、ブーム制御弁１２と、第１比例弁１２１および第２比例弁１２２と、制御部５０とを有する。ブーム制御弁１２では、ブームシリンダ２０に作動油を供給するメータイン開口がブームシリンダ２０から作動油を受け入れるメータアウト開口よりも停止操作時に先に閉じるように設定されている。制御部５０は、ブーム４を停止させるための停止操作を操作レバー４１が受けると当該停止操作の操作量に対する指令信号に遅れを発生させながら前記比例弁に指令信号を入力する。【選択図】図３
