To provide a cantilever stairway support tool capable of ensuring the sufficient strength of a cantilever stairway, making a footplate thinner than conventionally, and improving the design of the cantilever stairway.SOLUTION: This cantilever stairway support tool is for fixing and supporting one end side of a footplate constituting a stairway to a structure member, and comprises: a lower support tool disposed in the lower part of the footplate and fixed to the lower surface of the one end side of the footplate and the structure member; and an upper support tool disposed in the upper part of the footplate and fixed to the upper surface of the one end side of the footplate and the structure member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
