CONNECTING METAL FITTING
To provide a connecting metal fitting capable of maintaining the connection between adjacent flanges even when the vertically adjacent flanges are displaced relative to each other in the radial direction of the drilling hole due to the fact that earth pressure in the radial direction from the ground side toward the drilling hole acts on the earth retaining member, nor the insertion part is not pulled out from the connection hole.SOLUTION: The connecting metal fitting includes: a plate-shaped connecting metal fitting main body; an insertion part that is formed of the connecting metal fitting main body by bending the connecting metal fitting main body into an L shape from one end edge to the other side thereof and is inserted into a connecting hole formed in flange; and a clamping part that is formed by bending the connecting metal fitting main body into a U-shape from the other end to the one side to clamp the edge of the butted flanges together with the connecting metal fitting main body. In a stepped part that connects the connecting metal fitting main body and the insertion part, a hook is provided to hook the opening edge of the connecting hole when the connected adjacent flanges are displaced relative to each other in the radial direction of the drilling hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】地山側から掘削孔に向かう径方向の土圧が土留部材に作用して、上下に隣り合うフランジが掘削孔の径方向に相対変位しても、差込み部が連結孔から抜け出ることがなく、隣り合うフランジの連結状態を維持できる、連結金具を提供する。【解決手段】連結金具は、板状の連結金具本体部と、連結金具本体部の一端縁から連結金具本体部の一方面側にL字状に折り曲げて形成され、フランジに形成された連結孔に差し込まれる差込み部と、連結金具本体部の他端縁から連結金具本体部の一方面側にU字状に折り曲げて形成され、突き合わせたフランジの端縁を連結金具本体部と共に挟持する挟持部と、を備えている。連結金具本体部と差込み部とを繋ぐ段差部には、連結した隣り合うフランジが掘削孔の径方向に相対変位した際に、連結孔の開口縁に掛け止められる掛止部が設けられている。【選択図】図7
