INJECTION MATERIAL
To provide an injection material that facilitates arbitrary gel time setting, which has been difficult with conventional injection materials, and that has high penetration and initial strength development.SOLUTION: The injection material of the present invention comprises: slurry A, which contains colloidal silica and a setting regulator, the setting regulator containing alkali metal bicarbonate and alkali metal carbonate; and slurry B, which contains hydraulic material. The content of the setting regulator is 1.5 to 50 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of silica in the colloidal silica. The content ratio of alkali metal carbonate to the total amount of alkali metal bicarbonate and alkali metal carbonate in the setting regulator is 0.1 to 10 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】従来の注入材では困難であった任意のゲルタイム設定を容易とし、かつ高い浸透性と初期強度発現性を有する注入材を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の注入材は、コロイダルシリカと、アルカリ金属炭酸水素塩及びアルカリ金属炭酸塩を含む凝結調整剤とを含有するスラリーA、並びに、水硬性物質を含有するスラリーBからなり、凝結調整剤の含有量がコロイダルシリカ中のシリカ100質量部に対して1.5~50質量部であり、凝結調整剤中のアルカリ金属炭酸水素塩及びアルカリ金属炭酸塩の合計量に対するアルカリ金属炭酸塩の含有割合が0.1~10質量%である。【選択図】なし
