CONNECTING METHOD BETWEEN PRECAST COLUMN MEMBER AND PRECAST CONNECTION MEMBER
To provide a connecting method for integrally connecting a precast column and a precast connection member through minimum work at a high place and on scaffolds.SOLUTION: A connecting method for connecting a precast column member 10 where a plurality of column main bars 1 project from an upper surface of a column concrete and a precast connection member 20 having a through hole 2 holding the column main bars 1 comprises steps of: placing the precast connection member 20 on the precast column member 10 while holding the column main bars 1 in the through hole 2 so as to form a grout filling space 30 between an upper surface of the precast column member 10 and a lower surface of the precast connection member 20, of which side surface is partitioned with elastic sealing material 15; and integrally connecting the precast column member 10 and the precast connection member 20 by filling grout with a lower specific gravity than that of the precast connection member 20 into the grout filling space 30 through the through hole 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 最小限の高所作業や足場上の作業によってプレキャスト柱とプレキャスト仕口部材とを一体的に固定接合する。【解決手段】 柱コンクリート上面から複数本の柱主筋1が突出している柱プレキャスト部材10と、柱主筋1を保持する貫通孔2を有する仕口部プレキャスト部材20との接合において、柱プレキャスト部材10の上面と仕口部プレキャスト部材20の下面との間に、側面が弾性封止材15で区画されたグラウト充填空間30が形成されるように、柱主筋1を貫通孔2内に保持させつつ、仕口部プレキャスト部材20を柱プレキャスト部材10上に載置する。次いで、貫通孔2を介してグラウト充填空間30内に仕口部プレキャスト部材20の比重よりも低比重のグラウトを充填し、柱プレキャスト部材10と仕口部プレキャスト部材20とを一体接合する。【選択図】 図2
