CONNECTION METHOD FOR PRECAST MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method for a precast member that enables precast members to be connected appropriately to each other, by suppressing trapping of air in a grout material and subsidence of a head, etc.SOLUTION: A connecting precast member 2 is laid on a lower precast member 1, the connecting precast member having a plurality of open holes 5 formed therethrough that opens from a top edge surface to a bottom edge surface, and the lower precast member being formed by integrally burying a plurality of tubular sleeves 4 at a top edge part. An upper precast member 3 having a plurality of reinforcing bars 3a protruded downward from a bottom edge surface is laid on the connecting precast member 2, by inserting the reinforcing bar 3a into the open hole 5 and the sleeve 4. Then, a vibrator 9 is fitted at least on either of the upper precast member 3 or the connecting precast member 2, for injecting a grout material 8 into a lower joint part 6 between the lower precast member 1 and the connecting precast member 2, the sleeve 4, and the open hole 5 while vibrating with the vibrator 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】グラウト材へのエアの巻き込みやヘッドの沈降などを抑止して好適にPCa部材同士を接合することを可能にするPCa部材の接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】上端部に複数の筒状のスリーブ4を一体に埋設して形成した下部PCa部材1の上に、上端面から下端面に開口して貫通する複数の貫通孔5を備えて形成した接合用PCa部材2を配置し、下端面から下方に複数の鉄筋3aを突出させて形成した上部PCa部材3を、鉄筋3aを貫通孔5内に挿通するとともにスリーブ4に挿入して接合用PCa部材2の上に配置する。そして、上部PCa部材3と接合用PCa部材2の少なくとも一方に振動機9を取り付け、振動機9で振動を与えながら、下部PCa部材1と接合用PCa部材2の間の下方目地部6、スリーブ4内、貫通孔5内にグラウト材8を注入する。【選択図】図1
