METHOD FOR REPAIRING EXTERIOR WALL
To provide a method of repairing exterior walls with a natural finish that fits the surrounding exterior wall without making a repair mark conspicuous.SOLUTION: A method for repairing exterior walls with an uneven pattern on the surface comprises: a first step of applying a resin coating having crack impregnation properties, mainly used in roadworks, as a base treatment material to defective parts caused by frost damage, etc.; a second step of filling the defective parts with a filler material that hardens when dried to a position higher than concave parts of the uneven pattern; a third step of copying the uneven pattern of the parts other than the defective parts onto a mold material; a fourth step of transferring the uneven pattern to the surface of the filler material by pressing the mold material copied from the uneven pattern before the filler material dries and hardens; and a fifth step of forming a top coating layer after the filler material hardens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】補修跡が目立たず周囲の外壁に馴染む自然な仕上がりの外壁の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】表面に凹凸模様を有する外壁の補修方法であって、凍害等により生じた欠損部に対して主に道路工事で使用されるひび割れ含浸性を有する樹脂系塗料を下地処理材として塗布する第１工程と、欠損部に、凹凸模様の凹部よりも高い位置にまで乾燥すると硬化する補填材を盛る第２工程と、欠損部以外の部分の凹凸模様を型取り材に写し取る第３工程と、補填材が乾燥して硬化する前に、凹凸模様を写し取った型取り材を押し付けて補填材の表面に凹凸模様を転写する第４工程と、補填材が硬化した後に、上塗り層を形成する第５工程と、を経て外壁を補修する。【選択図】図５
