To provide a multilayer exterior material which reduces a use amount of an expensive material by combining a required design and performance of strength and the like, by making the multilayer exterior material of at least two types, and which minimizes the sharp rise in price.SOLUTION: In a multilayer exterior material 1, a core material 2 in which mutually engageable molding parts 22, 23 are provided at side edges of a surface plate part 21, and a plurality of opening hole parts 210 are provided at the surface plate part 21, and a surface material 3 which includes a surface-like part 31 comprising substantially the same cross section as the surface plate part 21 of the core material 2, and in which the side edges extend in the molding parts 22, 23 of the core material 2, and which is held in an engaged state of the core materials 2, 2 with each other are integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】少なくとも二種の複層外装材とすることで、求められる意匠と強度等の性能を組み合わせることで高価な材質の使用量を減らし、価格の高騰を最小限とする複層外装材、及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の複層外装材1は、面板部21の側縁に相互に係合可能な成形部22,23が設けられると共に、面板部21に複数の開孔部210を設けた芯材2と、芯材2の面板部21と略同断面からなる面状部31が備えられると共に、その側縁が芯材2の成形部22,23に延在し、芯材2,2同士の係合状態において挟持される表面材3と、を一体化させたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
